If you are simply interested in exchanging your item for another size don't hesitate to shoot us an email so we can help ya out. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Please note, the exchanged item will not be shipped until we receive the original returned item.
Turnaround Time
In the case of high volume of orders, the turnaround time is 7-14 days (please note this does not include shipping time). Please note that not every order will take 7-14 business days however, it should be expected that this may be the maximum. If you are in a rush or this is a gift, please send us an e-mail and we would be happy to let you know what our current turnaround time is and will do our best to accommodate.
Sizing
Sizing is unisex, unless specified on the listing. Please contact us if you have any questions related to size.
Cleaning
All apparel is washing machine friendly. Please wash on cold and tumble dry low for best results.
Domestic and International Shipping
We are currently shipping worldwide. At checkout the currency will be shown in Canadian Dollars. If you are purchasing from another country, your Credit Card will convert it to your currency. For Canadian orders, you can usually expect your order to come within 5-10 business days after shipment. For USA, you can expect your order to come up to 10-14 business days. Please note that holiday seasons may influence shipping delivery times. Please note that our shop is located in Canada, orders shipping to the USA could take longer than 14 business days due to customs and border crossing regulations. West Coast Wild Child Co. is not responsible for custom/duty charges at the border or lost or stolen packages.
Delivery Policy
We ship all items using Canada Post. Please note that your packages will be shipped without a tracking number unless specified. If you wish to have your items shipped with a tracking number you must select that option at check out when purchasing. Please note we are not responsible for custom/duty charges at the border or lost or stolen packages. * To guarantee your order arrives to its destination please purchase tracked shipping with insurance - once it is in Canada Posts hands, it is beyond our control. Packages lost within Canada Post will have to be repurchased * Please double check your shipping address when purchasing.
Return Policy
We take pride in what we do! But because our products are handmade we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please email westcoastwildchild2017@gmail.com and we would be happy to work something out.
